The price is counted per guest and goes down as the table grows: 2 guests, 3 to 6, 7 to 11, 12 to 20. €350 minimum per meal, groceries included.
How to read a price. Japanese plant-based for 6 guests: 6 × €100 = €600. For 2 guests: 2 × €150 = €300, €350 minimum per meal, so €350. For 12 guests: 12 × €65 = €780.
Groceries, cooking, service and washing-up are included.

Chef and plant-based nutrition researcher, life-science engineer.
Virgile cooks a Mediterranean that travels east, to the Orient and Japan: seasonal vegetables, house sourdough, spices, dashi broths, miso. He has cooked for 40 retreats, notably at Maison ilā and Centre Harmonia.
He lives in Serres, in the Corbières, and picks his organic produce from growers he knows.
